Joys of Married Life

No I do not intend to get lucky for quite a few years! This is gonna be hilarious, sarcastic, dark humoured, senseless bashing place..... anything but serious! Well, I have this philosophy in life that for want of its share of quarrels, arguments, sarcasm, ridiculing, leg-pulling, flirting, mocking, flying-dishes, et al. a marriage is a wasted one! Praying hard my future wife does NOT happen to blog-hop here *nail bitting* "It is not the girl in my life but the life in my girl that matters."

I Love You

YOU are not the best thing that has happened to ME!!!
rather YOU are THE BEST thing that can EVER happen to me
:">

And I dont know how to say THANKS to you, for loving me so :-"

Or may be I can tell you (& mean it in every sense of the word) that I LOVE YOU! And you know for me love = care! Hence dedicating this song to you & of course, I mean it, every word of it!

I shall forever remain your best friend & care for you like my baby :D

Song : I'll be there for you
Band : The Rembrants

So no one told you life was gonna be this way
Your jobs a joke, you're broke, your love life's D.O.A.

It's like you're always stuck in second gear
And it hasn't been your day, your week, your month,
or even your year
but..

I'll be there for you
When the rain starts to pour
I'll be there for you
Like I've been there before
I'll be there for you
'Cuz you're there for me too...

You're still in bed at ten
And work began at eight
You've burned your breakfast
So far... things are goin' great

Your mother warned you there'd be days like these
Oh but she didn't tell you when the world has brought
You down to your knees that...

[Chorus]

No one could ever know me
No one could ever see me
Seems you're the only one who knows
What it's like to be me
Someone to face the day with
Make it through all the rest with
Someone I'll always laugh with
Even at my worst I'm best with you, yeah

It's like you're always stuck in second gear
And it hasn't been your day, your week, your month,
or even your year...

[Chorus]

I'll be there for you
I'll be there for you
I'll be there for you
'Cuz you're there for me too...

The Natural Progression of a Relationship

I don't have any slightest ideas as to from where I copied this! But came across this one loong time ago and here it is; a food for thought for everyone! Think about it, about relating to it.

1) Interest and Attraction -- this is where two people initially see or meet each other and decide they both want to get to know each other better.

2) Infatuation and Falling in Love -- this is the stage where you become blinded by your emotions and oftentimes behave like a love-sick puppy dog. The attention and mushiness of the other person makes you feel really great about yourself and you begin to fall "in love".This is all about how YOU feel about yourself because of the other person. IT is NOT love. It is that thing that reduces you to a slobbering fool who speaks in "baby talk".

3) The Comfort Zone -- this is where you start to relax, and move out of the infatuation stage into something more "real". This is also the time where feelings begin to deepen towards the other person while experiencing a reduced feeling of being "in love".

After being in this stage for awhile many people make the mistake of thinking the relationship is in trouble because they aren't still infatuated. In reality, the relationship is beginning to grow into Mature Love. So many people bail at this point and never actually reach the "Love" stage.

4) Mature Love -- this is THE real deal, folks. You have reached the point of having a genuinely mature relationship, that, if you have chosen the right partner, is a beautiful thing.

Reaching Stage 4 doesn't mean the fun is all over, though. You can and will go from stage to stage at different times throughout the relationship. You can even learn to do things that will make you and your partner feel infatuated and falling in love all over again. Most relationships are either made or broken during the Comfort Zone.

The Indian Family

She has put it soo wonderfully, I was speechless at the first read!
Rachanaji You rock with your pen!

THE GREAT INDIAN FAMILY

Until the date they are other’s possession
She is some one’s daughter, He is someone’s son.
With their marriage they begin new life,
They have new identity of Husband and Wife.
"I, ME, MYSELF" have to pushed away,
"WE, OUR, OURS" have to find their way.
In all contrast they have to match,
Differences have to be filled with patch.
They argue, they fight silence is rare,
But all is done with love and care.
They laugh; they cry do all in share.
After some time they make pretty good pair.
As the time passes they are three then four,
Then they decide on "NOW NO MORE!"
Kids are burdened with parent’s expectations,
Every day they get some "PREACHY SESSIONS".
He earns, he rules, fulfils financial needs,
She is quite involved in social deeds.
They just can’t avoid some social obligations,
Even if they end up in financial troubles.
Children are now grown up, they begin to react,
They want to be their own that is the fact.
That is family set up with fixed process,
Without win or loss, they just finish the race.
Some live happily, some have miserable lives,
In all the cases Indian Family survives!!!!
